therapy Services
I offer therapy to support individuals, couples and families through the emotional and relational shifts that can accompany fertility concerns, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early parenthood. This work often centers on the parent–child relationship and includes support for experiences such as pregnancy loss, high-stress medical experiences, early bonding, and transitions in caregiving roles.
My work is relational and attachment-informed, attending to how early experiences and current relationships shape how one feels and responds. While the structure of therapy is tailored to each situation, I welcome the involvement of caregivers and young children whenever appropriate, as this allows us to attend directly to the relationships where challenges often arise and where change can be most impactful.
SERVICE LOCATION
Services are available virtually or in my office located at 1225 Alpine Rd in Walnut Creek. We can discuss what makes the most sense for your care depending on your needs and availability.
FEES
My standard fees:
$240 for a 50 minute individual therapy session
$275 for a 50 minute couples therapy session
Fees for trainings based on training package created for each client.

I provide supervision and consultation to clinicians, leaders, and organizations working with young children and families. This work may include clinical case support, guidance in perinatal and early childhood mental health, training, and program consultation.
Supervision is relational and reflective, supporting clinicians in deepening clinical understanding and strengthening their work with children and families.
Consultation is collaborative and systems-focused, supporting leaders in examining team and organizational dynamics, policies, and clinical processes to better understand effectiveness, sustainability, and how these systems shape the care families receive.

Training topics include attachment, family work, reflective practice, culturally responsive care, trauma, and identity development. Trainings may be offered as a single workshop or as a multi-session series to support deeper learning over time.
