Therapy can be a space to reflect, gain clarity, and consider different ways of responding to these challenges.

  • No. While I specialize in perinatal and early childhood mental health, I also work with individuals and families navigating a range of life transitions, relational challenges, and experiences of change.

  • Often, yes. My typical approach is to include your baby, partner, and/or other children in our sessions. This reflects my focus on understanding and supporting the relationships within your family. That said, every family’s needs are different, and we’ll discuss together what feels most supportive.

  • Yes, I offer services both in-person in as well as secure telehealth sessions for anyone located in the state of California. My office is located at 1225 Alpine Rd in Walnut Creek, just minutes from both Highways 24 and 680. We can discuss what works best for you and your family.

  • My standard rate is $240 per session.

  • At this time I am not in network with any insurance companies. I can provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance provider or use for reimbursement through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), depending on your coverage

  • After you contact me, I’ll follow up to schedule a brief consultation. This gives us a chance to talk through what you’re looking for and decide together on next steps.
