There’s no single “right” time. Some people come while exploring whether they want to become parents, others during pregnancy, and many in the postpartum period. I also work with families with young children (ages 0–5), as these early years can bring both joy and unique challenges. Therapy can be helpful at any stage of this journey, and I’m happy to talk through your questions during a free consultation call.

Yes, I offer services both in-person in as well as secure telehealth sessions for anyone located in the state of California. My office is located in Walnut Creek, just minutes from both Highways 24 and 680. We can discuss what works best for you and your family.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. If there is a need for an extended session, we can discuss options and rates for this.

My standard rate is $240 per session.

At this time I am not in network with any insurance companies. I can provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance provider or use for reimbursement through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), depending on your coverage

Yes - my typical approach is to include your baby, your partner and/or other children in our sessions. This reflects my focus on understanding and supporting the relationships within your family. That said, every family’s needs are different, and we’ll discuss together what feels most supportive.
