Early Postpartum Support Group

In the early days of parenting, everything changes.
And not all of it is easy. Together, we create space to hold it all.

Holding It All is a small, process based support group for caregivers in the early postpartum stage. It offers a warm, contained space to slow down, reflect, and process what this stage brings, including shifts in identity, relationships, and daily life, alongside others who are in a similar place.

Caregivers attend with their babies. Feeding, soothing, and caregiving are part of the rhythm of the group.
