Current Group Offerings:
Holding It All
The early days of parenting can feel like a blur of feedings, emotions, identity shifts, and questions no one prepared you for.
You can be deeply in love with your baby and also exhausted.
Grateful and overwhelmed.
Connected and lonely at the same time.
If you’ve found yourself thinking,
“Is it just me?”
It’s not.
Holding It All is a small, process based group for mothers in the early postpartum stage. It offers a warm, contained space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what this transition brings, alongside others in a similar place.
Together, we’ll make space for the journey into motherhood, including experiences of conception, pregnancy, and birth, shifts in identity and relationships, and the emotional complexity of these early weeks. We’ll also explore how your relationship with your baby is unfolding, and how you’re finding your way as a parent.
Mothers attend with their babies. Feeding, soothing, and caregiving are part of the rhythm of the group.
