My education and clinical training have centered on supporting individuals and families during some of the most formative changes of life. With specialized experience in perinatal and early childhood mental health, I use attachment-focused and family systems–informed approaches to help people navigate transitions and the uncertainty that often accompanies change. This foundation allows me to offer care that attends to both individual emotional experiences and the relationships that shape early development and family life.
