Therapy for navigating life’s transitions
Specializing in fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood
Welcome, I’m Amanda and i’m so glad you’re here
I support individuals and families navigating periods of significant change, whether related to pregnancy, early parenting, loss or shifts in identity and family roles. As I mom myself who has navigated many of these challenges personally and stood by the side of many going through it, I know how hard these moments can be. I aim to offer a space where experiences can be explored with care, patterns can come in to focus and understanding can open room for change in how you relate and move through the world.
You may be a good fit for this practice if you are:
Pregnant or postpartum and experiencing anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm
Navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, or reproductive trauma
Adjusting to early parenthood and noticing strain on yourself or your relationships
Adjusting to significant changes in family or identity, including loss, role transitions, or shifts in caregiving responsibilities
Seeking care that is trauma-informed, developmentally grounded, and culturally responsive

With over a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist, I support individuals and families navigating life transitions, including the journey to parenthood and early caregiving. My work draws on experience across hospitals, community clinics, schools, and specialized perinatal programs, with a focus on how personal histories shape identity and relationships. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a supervisor and trainer, supporting clinicians in developing attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches to care.
